The Lydia Pink Project is an initiative to send the movies "Camouflage Pink" (Carolyn Caizzi & Laura Zaylea, 2002) and "Lydia Li" (Laura Zaylea, 2006) to 100 queer- and diversity-themed youth groups around the US. The project is sponsored by The Open Meadows Foundation and DykeTV.

"Camouflage Pink" is a 15-minute high school romance about Rayna,
a tough-acting high school dyke who secretly wants to go to the prom.
"Lydia Li"
is a 40-minute "videosploitation & queer girl love story!"
Both movies are silly & fun while also pointing at some tough sh*t
in American culture. They both feature strong, young, independent-
minded queer women of color, & have magically-twisted definitions
of what a 'narrative movie' can be.

More info about distribution will be posted here soon!

Thanks!
